Mark Hardwick

Mark Hardwick General Manager | Consultant

Mark has spent the last 15 years in the veterinary industry as a trainer and consultant. A founding Director of AIRC/CCG, his passion is to work with practice owners to build business. Mark specialises in veterinary practice auditing and coaching, in particular, operational efficiencies, strategic planning and financial management. Mark's no-nonsense approach to creating practice profitability sees him in demand as a coach and mentor. Mark is also the General Manager of AIRC/CCG.

Sue Crampton

Sue Crampton Business Manager | Consultant

Sue Crampton is acknowledged as a leading speaker, trainer and consultant across Australasia in the areas of practice and organisational development, strategic planning, communication excellence, staff development and management. Sue has a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resources and Marketing, as well as her Diploma in Company Directorship (GAICD) and a Masters in Neuro Linguistic Programming. Sue invests time working as the Director of Education, Learning, Development and Consulting with Provet / Crampton Consulting Group and Animal Industries Resource Centre, while maintaining a weekend role as a veterinary nurse at a quality mixed practice in Brisbane.

Sue has a practical hands-on approach and brings with her a wealth of both corporate and small business skills, having been the founder of the much respected AIRC and CCG. Sue commenced her career in the UK as a veterinary nurse in 1982 and has gained invaluable global veterinary knowledge having also worked in the USA, Hong Kong and frequently visits countries such as NZ, UAE and Taiwan to lecture, coach, train educate and consult.

Rosie Overfield

Rosie Overfield Learning and Development Consultant

Rosie Overfield is a Learning & Development Consultant with nearly 20 years experience in the veterinary industry. Rosie is a registered counsellor and holds a Master of Human Resources and Organisational Development and a Bachelor of Communication. She is also a qualified veterinary nurse and mindfulness coach. Rosie is the Australian Veterinary Association’s Mental Health First Aid instructor, a role that sees her travelling around the country delivering workshops and presenting at industry conferences.

Tania Small

Tania Small International Operations Manager | Consultant

Tania has spent the past three years based in Hong Kong overseeing the company’s Asian portfolio. Continuing in this role, Tania’s responsibilities include project management, business development, client relations and international student co-ordination. In addition, Tania is also the coordinator for the Diploma of Management course provided by AIRC.

Tania has worked for AIRC/CCG for the last 12 years and was employed as a qualified veterinary nurse in various sectors of the animal care industry for the eight years prior. Being passionate about not only the animal care industry, but also the people working in it, Tania also holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in human resources and organisational psychology. She is also an accredited DISC consultant and qualified workplace trainer and assessor.

Mik O'Leary

Mik O'Leary Online Education Supervisor

Mik graduated from University of Queensland in 1980 and spent 25 years in small animal veterinary practice. Most of this was spent at a major small animal hospital in Hobart though he has practiced in most states of Australia as well as a year working in the UK. He has a keen interest in surgery and particularly enjoys the challenges of orthopaedics.

After many years in full-time practice and part-time mentor to veterinary nurses, Mik crossed over to work as a full-time veterinary nurse trainer and part-time veterinarian. Mik now designs and delivers all AIRC/CCG online programs including ProSkills, website management and educational webinars and videos. Mik loves to travel at any opportunity and is an avid photographer.

Erin Croker

Erin Gaskell Consulting and Events Supervisor

Erin has been working at Crampton Consulting Group since 2005 and supervises the entire CCG department. She works closely with the consulting team, liaising with clients to coordinate in-practice training and consulting, and manages the financial aspects, projects and coaching within CCG.

Erin has been working in administration since 2001, and has a Certificate III in Education (Office Support). 

Sarah Burrows

Sarah Burrows Marketing Coordinator 

Sarah joined the CCG team in 2010 after completing her Bachelor in Communication (Marketing and Public Relations). Her role sees her managing all marketing activities for CCG/AIRC and coordinating our industry event attendance. Sarah develops the strategic marketing plan and direction for the company each year and consults with clients on their own marketing and social media presence. She also designs our brochures, manages the company's online activities and presents at our annual Practice Management School. 

Sarah also has over 6 years experience as an Assistant Manager in retail, allowing her great insight into the day to day needs of a business. Sarah has a keen interest in digital marketing and graphic design. 

Christine Kay

Christine Kay Consulting Coordinator

Chris joined the CCG team in March 2011. Chris's role includes supporting clients through their coaching programs and coordinating the travel and logistical arrangements for the consultants. We'd be lost without her! 

She previously worked as an Enrolment Officer for an International College in Brisbane during which time Chris and her family enjoyed participating in the Homestay Program and hosted many students from diverse cultures. 

Miranda McEachern

Miranda McEachern Customer Serice and Administration Officer

Miranda joined the CCG family in 2015. She has a passion for systems, organisation and client interaction. With 17 years’ experience in administration support and customer service she is keen to look after all your training enquiries and provide you with information on how we can assist you and your practice thrive.

Liz Choy

Liz Choy Learning and Development Coordinator

Liz joined the team at CCG in 2011 as a Consulting Administrator, and was promoted to the Learning and Development role in 2013. Liz’s role includes resource development, mystery shopping, staff & client survey management and supporting the consultants to develop quality learning materials.  Liz also enjoys supporting our clients are reaching their business and staff development goals.

Liz has a background in Veterinary Nursing and Practice Management as well as having worked in Provet Customer Service. She has a Certificate II in Animal Studies and a Certificate IV in Training and Education. 

Deb Render

Deb Render Trainer and Consultant

Deb has almost 30 years experience in the veterinary industry, having worked in a variety of roles during that time. Deb is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and helping others to do the same. She has presented numerous seminars for Crampton Consulting on customer service topics.
