Mark Hardwick

Mark Hardwick General Manager | Consultant

Mark has spent the last 15 years in the veterinary industry as a trainer and consultant. A founding Director of AIRC/CCG, his passion is to work with practice owners to build business. Mark specialises in veterinary practice auditing and coaching, in particular, operational efficiencies, strategic planning and financial management. Mark's no-nonsense approach to creating practice profitability sees him in demand as a coach and mentor. Mark is also the General Manager of AIRC/CCG.

Sue Crampton

Sue Crampton Business Manager | Consultant

Sue is acknowledged as an engaging and practical facilitator, trainer and consultant across Australasia in areas of Human resources, business development, change management, strategic visioning and planning, communication excellence, staff /team development and management and innovative learning and development initiatives.

Sue invests time working as the Business Manager for Provet/Crampton Consulting Group and Animal Industries Resource Centre and last year received the 2019 Inaugural VBG Business Professional of the Year award for her contribution to the veterinary profession over the last 2 decades.  Sue was the co-founder of the VNCA and works closely with the AVA and many of the SIG’s on many levels. Sue has worked in a variety of roles including animal welfare, general practice, emergency and university settings in the USA and Hong Kong.  She has formed international connections and networks across the world and frequently works in countries such as UAE, NZ, Malaysia, Singapore, HK.

Sue holds degree qualifications in Change Management, Human Resources, Marketing and Neuro Linguistic Programming along with a Diploma in Company Directorship and applies her knowledge and skills practically to a diverse range of clientele including universities, associations, pharmaceutical companies, veterinary practices of all disciplines and sizes. Sue was also honoured to receive the Inaugural AVA/VBG Veterinary Business Professional of the year Award for 2019.

Most importantly Sue stays connected with a practice in her home village in Qld where she maintains a governance position in a quality mixed practice which she has been associated with for over 20 years. Sue has a passion for facilitating people to be the best they can be and experiencing the value people of all walks of life offer to the veterinary profession across the globe.

Tania Small

Tania Small International Operations Manager | Consultant

Tania has spent the past three years based in Hong Kong overseeing the company’s Asian portfolio. Continuing in this role, Tania’s responsibilities include project management, business development, client relations and international student co-ordination. In addition, Tania is also the coordinator for the Diploma of Management course provided by AIRC.

Tania has worked for AIRC/CCG for the last 12 years and was employed as a qualified veterinary nurse in various sectors of the animal care industry for the eight years prior. Being passionate about not only the animal care industry, but also the people working in it, Tania also holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in human resources and organisational psychology. She is also an accredited DISC consultant and qualified workplace trainer and assessor.

Mik O'Leary

Mik O'Leary Online Education Supervisor

Mik graduated from University of Queensland in 1980 and spent 25 years in small animal veterinary practice. Most of this was spent at a major small animal hospital in Hobart though he has practiced in most states of Australia as well as a year working in the UK. He has a keen interest in surgery and particularly enjoys the challenges of orthopaedics.

After many years in full-time practice and part-time mentor to veterinary nurses, Mik crossed over to work as a full-time veterinary nurse trainer and part-time veterinarian. Mik now designs and delivers all AIRC/CCG online programs including ProSkills, website management and educational webinars and videos. Mik loves to travel at any opportunity and is an avid photographer.

Erin Croker

Erin Gaskell Consulting and Events Supervisor

Erin has been working at Crampton Consulting Group since 2005 and supervises the entire CCG department. She works closely with the consulting team, liaising with clients to coordinate in-practice training and consulting, and manages the financial aspects, projects and coaching within CCG.

Erin has been working in administration since 2001, and has a Certificate III in Education (Office Support). 

Maggie Burley

Maggie Burley Personal Training Consultant

Maggie Burley is an accredited specialist veterinary nurse with more than 10 years experience in the veterinary industry. She has a passion for dentistry which lead her to attain both the Diploma in Veterinary Nursing (Dentistry) and the Veterinary Technician Specialty (Dentistry). Maggie has travelled throughout Australia and the United States in her training with Veterinary Dental Specialists, and now shares her skills and knowledge through workshops, conferences and in-clinic training.

Christine Kay

Christine Kay Consulting Coordinator

Chris joined the CCG team in March 2011. Chris's role includes supporting clients through their coaching programs and coordinating the travel and logistical arrangements for the consultants. We'd be lost without her! 

She previously worked as an Enrolment Officer for an International College in Brisbane during which time Chris and her family enjoyed participating in the Homestay Program and hosted many students from diverse cultures. 

Miranda McEachern

Miranda McEachern Customer Serice and Administration Officer

Miranda joined the CCG family in 2015. She has a passion for systems, organisation and client interaction. With 17 years’ experience in administration support and customer service she is keen to look after all your training enquiries and provide you with information on how we can assist you and your practice thrive.

Deb Render

Deb Render Trainer and Consultant

Deb has almost 30 years experience in the veterinary industry, having worked in a variety of roles during that time. Deb is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and helping others to do the same. She has presented numerous seminars for Crampton Consulting on customer service topics.

Tania Gover

Tania Gover Trainer and Consultant

Tania has 15 years' experience within the veterinary industry, including 10 years practice management, and more recently as Business Development Manager with Provet. She has a passion for all aspects of Veterinary Business with special interest in business development and leadership. This, combined with her positive, proactive and enthusiastic style, makes her a well-respected and sought after advisor and trainer.

Victoria Koks

Victoria Koks Trainer and Consultant

For over 14 years Victoria has dedicated her career to the pursuit of knowledge and excellence. Victoria passion for the continued development of the profession, and for incorporating technology to raise the standard of patient care, has seen her sought after to deliver seminars and workshops to both domestic and international audiences.

Victoria has advanced through the roles of Veterinary Nurse Manager, Practice Manager, Regional Manager, Training and Development Manager and is now a Consultant for Animal Industries Resource Centre and Crampton Consulting Group. In June 2019, Victoria became Australia’s first Veterinary Technician Specialist in the field of Nutrition.
