Discover the power of Emotional Intelligence in leadership. In this workshop, you’ll learn what Emotional Intelligence (EQ) truly means and explore the four key competencies that can enhance your effectiveness as a leader.

Enhance your ability to connect and collaborate with others. This session focuses on improving social awareness and social skills, understanding empathy, and building effective relationships that foster a positive practice environment.

Resilience and Self-Care
Explore strategies to strengthen your resilience, learn effective debriefing techniques after challenging events, and dive into the six essential classifications of self-care to support long-term success and balance in your leadership role.

Leadership Communication
Learn how to overcome communication barriers, explore different communication styles, and master tools for effective communication. This session also covers how to deliver constructive and assertive feedback, and the art of delegation, ensuring your messages are clear, confident, and impactful.

Bringing it all Together
In our final workshop, we integrate the insights and skills developed throughout the program. This session focuses on synthesizing your learning from previous workshops, applying leadership communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and client and team management strategies in a cohesive manner. You’ll reflect on your growth, refine your leadership approach, and develop a comprehensive action plan to implement your newly acquired skills effectively within your practice.

Individual coaching sessions with our coaches are offered throughout the program to support you once you return to practice. We want to see you thrive in your role with all of your new knowledge and skills!
No, the program elements are designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience for individual participants. Splitting the program elements among multiple team members would dilute the effectiveness of the program and hinder the intended personalized coaching and development for each participant. The program is structured to empower individual leaders in veterinary practices to enhance their skills and capabilities.
