You can’t manage what you don’t measure. Luckily, you don’t need to be an accountant or a math whiz to understand your practice’s financials and how to use this data. This session will cover what P&L and Cash Flow Statements actually are and how they are generated, as well as guide you through how to interpret them. We will then go into how you can utilise this information to identify business and growth opportunities, address areas of decline before they become a problem, and future-proof your business by implementing strong planning systems.

This session will be recorded and accessible after the fact if you are unavailable on the day. However, as this is an interactive workshop we recommend attending live if at all possible to gain the full benefits.
