Performance Reviews- Moving from Scary to Exciting: live session

Performance reviews have a bad name for themselves, but if done well the team will actually look forward to them and utilise them as an avenue for growth within themselves and the practice! This workshop will outline why performance reviews are needed, how to set them up for success, language and communication tips and follow up.

This session will be recorded and accessible after the fact if you are unavailable on the day. However, as this is an interactive workshop we recommend attending live if at all possible to gain the full benefits.
