Pet Owners make the decision to initiate contact with a clinic based on a number of different factors; word of mouth recommendation, location, online presence etc. Whether they decide to become and remain a client is dependent on their experience with us. In this webinar we explore customer touchpoints – from their first telephone call, to their arrival at the clinic right through to request for payment and booking follow up appointments. How we make clients feel is critical to the success of our business and ensuring the patients that visit us receive the care we want them to.

 

This session will be recorded and accessible after the fact if you are unavailable on the day. However, as this is an interactive workshop we recommend attending live if at all possible to gain the full benefits.
