Proskills Subscription

We use Proskills subscription as part of our nurse and receptionist's development. We have compulsory courses to complete as part of new staff induction. Staff are required to complete 12 points of CPD as part of their annual review. This is easily achieved with access to so many courses. It is also fantastic for the team to utilise when we have the odd quiet day. We will watch one of the videos and go through the questions together as a group. A perfect training session for all levels of experience.

Proskills Subscription

I have found the Proskills Subscription to be an invaluable tool for our support team. There is a large variety of courses which suit not only our trainees and qualified nurses but also our trainee and experienced dedicated receptionists. With new courses being added each month there is always a course to complete.

The benefit of the online portal is that you can add or delete staff from the list very easily. Payment is updated and it is really stress-free. On the odd occasion a staff member has had difficulty setting up their account and access to the course, the CCG are very quick and friendly at sorting things out. The number one issue for veterinary business owners is often staff and HR. More than ever at this time of industry-wide staff shortages a successful veterinary business needs to recruit and retain excellent team members. PRAH has approached the problem by creating a safe happy work environment, focusing on staff engagement, skill development and career progression. This is not easy. One key is developing the leadership skills of both the business owners and key staff. To achieve this, we worked closely with Provet's Crampton Consulting Group and engaged them to work with us on their Leadership Intelligence Program. We worked with Sue Crampton and her team on this specific program and the team engaged with their knowledgeable, friendly, and accountable style that created positive training sessions. After completing the course, the business owners and staff have the skills to deal with the challenges of running a vet clinic and to also set the agenda for where we want to be in the future. We could not have done it without Sue and the CCG team, and we will continue to work with them in the future.
